Responsibilities :• Develop and implement comprehensive KOL and PR strategies aligned with the brand’s identity and goals.• Stay ahead of emerging new products, industry trends, and competitor activities to ensure a progressive approach.• Ensure seamless integrations across marketing tools and platforms for efficient campaign execution and data analysis. Experience with Meta, TikTok, Google, Shopee, Lazada ads will be a MUST.• Enhance the brands presence, evolving existing strategies and expanding to new platforms.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore and capitalize on new opportunities that align with the brand’s overall business objectives.• Establish, monitor, and report essential performance metrics to showcase the outcomes and efficacy of branding and marketing initiatives.• Cultivate a collaborative and innovative team culture, fostering creativity and strategic thinking.
Qualification : • In-depth understanding of the beauty industry, strong interest in skincare would be a plus. • Proven experience 3 years in digital marketing management, focusing on branding, advertising, content strategy, and KOL management.• Proven experience in offline marketing, focusing on guiding visual merchandising, POSM, offline events, co-campaign with sales channels.• Comprehensive understanding of marketing tools and platforms, with a focus on leveraging them to drive successful campaigns. • Innovative thinker with a focus on connected strategies.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
